We've been working on the twins in trying to get them potty trained. With Paul it was like pulling teeth. He is a very strong willed boy & if he doesn't want to do it, he's not going to do it. It actually took me taking something away from him that he truly loved before he started doing #2 on the potty regularly (and that was at the age of 3 1/2). He then got his prized possession back.
The twins will turn 3 at the end of the month and have been peeing daily in the potty, but not every time. I've been talking to them about their poop & how it goes in the potty. Well, Peyton did his own thing last week. He pooped AROUND the potty. Yep, he told me he had to potty, we dropped his shorts & pull-up, he stood by the potty & told me to "Go!" I left & when I came back to check on him a few minutes later, he had dropped turds around the outside of the toilet while facing it. I was speechless. He hasn't tried that since.
Also, while at the Fair, Paul tried to whip it out at the Republican Tent to pee. He obviously has that part down in what Farmers can do or was stating his opinion about the Republican Party in a different way.
