Ode to July

What a month. Of course, we had to end it like we did June with passing a virus around. The last weekend of July consisted of Porter spiking a 104 temp & a trip to the ER and Paul & Peyton following suit (but going to after hours instead of the ER). Their temperatures are back to normal, but they all have a nasty cough. Here's a few pics of other things we did in July that I haven't had a chance to mention before.

We ended the month with a trip to the County Fair

Paul, Herman & Porter

The boys on the "boat" ride

Paul ran into one of his classmates - Everett

Peyton on the Merry-Go-Round

We got to spend some quality time with Aunt Linda & Uncle Gary

And we played with our neighbor Caroline & our cousin Forrest (from GA.)

And Porter took his first tractor ride

We have a lot planned for August.

I love Paul's future farmer shirt! It is so cute. I know Doug would like it to, especially since it is John Deere!! :)
