Snow! Snow!

You would have thought it was Christmas morning here. Paul & Porter were the first ones up & they went right to our big window (as if they new) to see the first snow of the season. They were running, jumping, yelling snow! snow! (or in Porter's case No! No! - we don't quite have our S's down yet). And then they had to wake up Peyton to let him know. Of course that lead to the repeated question of the day "can we go outside to play in the snow?". First I told them after Sunday School, then it was after I locate all your boots. I obviously was not ready for this. After squeezing on their snow boots from last year & locating a few mis-matched gloves we went out side. As you can see, there was maybe an inch on the ground in spots, if that.

Snowball fight! (this lead to the target practice on the tree)
And they say agression is learned - HA!
So, tomorrow I will be running to Walmart to pick up some snow boots that might fit them a little better along with some gloves. Oh how I miss having a Payless here in town.

when it snowed yesterday i was so excited to take the babies out to play. until i thought about all of the gear i would have to buy to do so. and then i realized that they would probably HATE the snow this year anyway :) glad to see your boys love it!
